Salary : $100,000 – $130,000 /yr

Summary :

– We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Controls Service Manager to oversee our service operations related to building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls.
– The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery while optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

– Oversee the daily operations of the controls service department, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
– Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support in troubleshooting and repairs.
– Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
– Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of service and installation processes.
– Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
– Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications :

– 7+ Years Proven experience as a Controls Service Manager or similar role in the HVAC and building automation industry.
– Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), HVAC controls, and service operations.
– Excellent leadership and team management skills.
– Ability to analyze data and develop strategies for service improvement.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
– Technical background in controls engineering or equivalent experience.
