Summary :

– Full-time executive leadership role in a mission-driven outpatient care setting.
– Lead clinical strategy, quality initiatives, and provider engagement across multiple care disciplines.
– Includes protected administrative time with approximately 16 hours per week of patient-facing care.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical services, including medical, behavioral health, dental, and vision care.
– Ensure high-quality, patient-centered services and compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Serve as part of the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
– Drive quality improvement and patient safety through audits, provider training, and performance monitoring.
– Recruit, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff while fostering a collaborative, learning-focused culture.
– Represent the organization in professional and community settings and advocate for public health priorities.
– Maintain open communication channels and support integrated care delivery across disciplines.

Requirements:

– MD or DO with board certification (preferably in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics)
– Active or eligible for licensure in both Vermont and New Hampshire
– Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity
– Experience working in FQHC or community health setting preferred
– Strong skills in leadership, communication, change management, and regulatory compliance
