Job Summary:
1. Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and test a variety of electrical/mechanical equipment (AC/DC motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, etc.)
2. Utilize tools such as multimeters, high-pot testers, growlers, micrometers, and calipers for accurate diagnostics and measurement
3. Conduct failure analysis, document findings, and follow proper procedures for part identification and reassembly
4. Perform in-house and on-site repairs; follow OEM, EASA, and customer specifications
5. Maintain accurate records of testing, troubleshooting, and final quality checks
6. Requires 1–3 years of experience or relevant training (EASA/military)
7. Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and mechanical/electrical safety practices at
a skilled trades level
