Job Details & Requirements :
Work Dates Needed: Sept 16, 2025 – Sept 15, 2026 base year, plus 4 option years
Preferred Schedule: Outpatient Dept, 8a-5p (M-F), 8a-8p (M-Th)
Worksite Setting: Rural Health facility in AZ
Scope of Work :
– Outpatient Care for adults and children.
– Although not all candidates need to be skilled in care of pregnant and postpartum women preference will be given to those with these skills.
– Candidates should be able to handle a full range of cases and problems in primary care including difficult and complex. participate in teaching activities as needed
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements :
– Must have completed a Family Medicine residency, an Internal Med residency, a Pediatric residency, or a combined Internal Med/Pediatrics residency,
– Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, Must have active unrestricted license, any state; BLS
Pay Rate: $125/hr, plus travel expenses covered
