Responsibilities :
– The Business Valuation Senior will serve as a key member of the Valuation Services
Group, taking substantial responsibility in performing business valuations for tax,
financial reporting, transactions, litigation support and other purposes.
– Work on business valuation engagements
– Valuations of privately held businesses
– Providing litigation support
Qualifications :
1. ABV ,CFA or ASA credential in valuation,
2. 3-7 years of recent experience in valuation
3. Additional experience in financial statement fair value and in valuation litigation
required.
4. Experience in non valuation litigation and dispute resolution and forensic accounting
a plus
5. Experience with testifying a huge plus
6. Ability to design valuation models
