Full time : Attorney

Salary : $130,000 – $180,000 /yr

compliance, handling litigation, and providing strategic counsel on workplace
matters.

Key Responsibilities :

– Represent employers in state and federal courts on employment-related
litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and
wage/hour disputes.
– Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
(ADA, FMLA, Title VII, wage/hour regulations).
– Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace
policies.
– Conduct internal investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary
actions and terminations.
– Deliver training and proactive counseling to HR teams and management
on best practices and regulatory updates.

Qualifications :

– Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
– Admission to the Ohio Bar (or eligibility for admission).
– 3+ years of experience in employment law, including litigation and
counseling.
– Strong knowledge of federal and state employment statutes and
regulations.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently in a
fast-paced environment.

– Experience representing management-side clients.
– Familiarity with collective bargaining and labor relations.
