Salary : 100,000 – 140,000

Reports to : Partner
Responsibilities :
– Prepare or review US individual income tax returns for inbound and outbound international assignees.
– Prepare or review international assignment cost projection calculations, as required.
– Research and consult on various tax matters.
– Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on tax projects.
– Work closely with partners, managers, and staff to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business development, as appropriate.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. MST a plus
3. 4+ years of experience
4. 2+ years focused on international taxation preferred.
5. Licensed CPA, Attorney preferred
6. Candidate should be familiar with the individual income tax issues and tax law including foreign national and expatriate issues, foreign tax compliance, and the tax equalization process.
7. Ability to manage multiple engagements
8. Computer expertise including knowledge of Go Systems RS.
