Full-Time Remote : $100,000 – $200,000 /yr
Mineral Title Attorney
– We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Mineral Title Attorney to
join our team.
– The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas law, with a
focus on title examination and regulatory compliance.
– This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the legal integrity of mineral title
transactions and providing legal guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct thorough title examinations and prepare title opinions for mineral
properties.
– Advise clients on oil and gas law, property rights, and mineral leasing issues.
– Negotiate contracts and agreements
– Perform due diligence on mineral titles and assist in the acquisition and
divestiture of mineral interests.
– Ensure compliance with land use regulations and other relevant legal
requirements.
– Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting mineral rights and
oil and gas operations.
Qualifications
– Juris Doctor (JD)
– Licensed to practice in MT, WY, ND, UT, or CO
– 2+ years of experience in mineral title examination and oil and gas law.
– Strong knowledge of title examination processes and regulatory compliance.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
– Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings clearly.
