Locations : NYC, Philadelphia, Chicago, Wash DC
Industry: Public Accounting
Reports to: Partner
Work/Visa status: citizen, green card or T1
Regional CPA firm is seeking an Audit Director / Sr. manager for its
Real Estate practice. This is a partner track opportunity.
Responsibilities:
– Responsible for managing multiple auditing and accounting projects
and client engagements.
– Prepare, review and analyze financial statements.
– Simultaneously, scheduling, staffing and coordinating engagement
workflow.
– Train & develop staff.
Qualifications:
1. CPA
2. 10+ years experience
3. Public Accounting experience
4. Significant experience working with all types of real estate clients
Commercial, Residential, Investment, REITSs.
5. Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects and engagement
teams.
6. An advanced degree in taxation is preferred.
7. A Book of business is a plus
