Key Responsibilities:
– Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles, with a focus on
Spanish-speaking talent.
– Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
– Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring cultural fit and role
alignment.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop
tailored recruitment strategies.
– Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
– Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage and track
candidate activity.
– Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events (virtual and in-person).
– Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the
hiring process.
– Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and
professionalism.
Key Qualification :

qualities:
– Must be 18 years of age or older
– High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in
HR, Business, or related field preferred.
– Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent/professional level required).
– Proven work history with a record of reliability, professionalism, and results.
– Minimum 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or call
center environment.
– Prior call center experience (as a recruiter or agent) is strongly preferred.
– Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job
boards, ATS).
– Excellent communication skills
