– Licensed Psychologist
– Location: San Jose, California
– Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day
– Salary Range: $131,280-$172,080/year
Job Summary:
A non-profit is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Psychologist to join their team, specializing in working with developmentally disabled individuals across a broad age range (3 years through adulthood). The ideal candidate will possess substantial real world experience in conducting comprehensive assessments using tools such as the WISC-V, WAIS-IV, Woodcock-Johnson, C-TONI, ADOS, ADIR, SRS, CARS, and ABAS. Strong interviewing skills are essential, as responsibilities include evaluating clients through interviews, reviewing external reports, and determining the necessity for additional assessments to establish Lanterman Eligibility in strict accordance with the Lanterman Act. The role also involves effectively communicating eligibility decisions to families and participating confidently in legal proceedings, including court testimonies and fair hearings. This is an on-site position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals and families through thorough and lawful eligibility determination processes.
