RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient Interaction: Conduct initial consultations with potential patients, assessing their needs and expectations for cosmetic procedures.

Sales & Closing: Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and procedures, guiding patients towards the best solutions for their goals, and closing sales.

Relationship Building: Establish strong, positive relationships with patients, building trust and rapport to foster long-term patient loyalty.

Patient Coordination: Manage patient schedules, coordinate pre and post operative care, and serve as a primary point of contact for patients.

Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the practice.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our range of cosmetic procedures and treatment.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with surgeons, staff and other consultants to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferable in a medical or aesthetic setting.

Personality: Outgoing, positive and empathetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales Skills: Strong ability to build rapport, identify needs and close sales.

Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college or relevant certifications preferred.
