Responsibilities :
– As part of a technical support group, responsible for preventive maintenance as
well as monitoring and responding to alert conditions
– Perform remote diagnostics and interface directly with customers to resolve a
variety of technical problems impacting mission-critical recording processes
– Site installations, follow-up training with the customer, general system support,
and ongoing end-user training
Qualifications/Background Profile :
– Experience in Call/911 Recorder or VoIP technologies preferred
– IT troubleshooting experience preferred
– Applicable experience in more than 1 of the following areas: Windows Server,
Unix, Linux, Network Monitoring, Network Management Systems, Telephony, VoIP,
Radio Systems, Network/Telephony cabling
– Must be able to safely list 50 pounds to chest level and with assistance, install
recorder servers in server racks
– CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification, OR the ability to obtain within 90-days of
employment
