Position Function :
– Full Time- Monday – Friday work schedule
– See patients independently in the clinic
– Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
– Manage patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings as needed
– Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
– Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMR
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care
plans.

Requirements :
– Texas licensed & Board-Certified Physician Assistant
– Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program
Experience in neurosurgery preferred
– Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– The Physician Assistant (“PA”) will be licensed as a physician assistant in the State
of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times.
– Master’s degree Physician Assistant required.
– The PA will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will
be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
– The PA’s duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and
assigned setting only.
