Position Snapshot

– Seeking a results-driven, hunter-type Account Representative with proven
experience selling woodworking/CNC or related industrial machinery. Own a
California territory, grow new business, and expand existing accounts across
cabinet, millwork, and manufacturing customers.

Key Objectives :

– Proactively prospect and win new accounts across California (heavy focus on
SoCal).
– Demo machines in Anaheim and at customer sites; host/attend trials and events.
– Deliver consultative, solution-based capital equipment sales tied to ROI.
– Maintain/expand existing relationships and consistently hit sales targets.
– Keep CRM, pipeline, and forecasts accurate and current.

Key Responsibilities :

– Identify and target businesses in need of staffing solutions.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and production
leaders.
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed goals.
– Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and consultations with prospective
clients.
– Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to meet their objectives.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

8. As this is an outside sales role, regular travel is expected, with required in-office
check-ins.
