Key Responsibilities :

– Meeting directly with a team leads to map, document, and analyze current
state processes, propose future-state designs, identify and prioritize gaps
and improvement opportunities based on ROI (costLevel of Effort vs.
potential benefits).
– Build business cases for prioritized projects and create leadership
presentations to secure advocacy and resourcing.
– Assess tools and systems used across functions, recommend consolidation
and implement governance standards.
– Act as a business analyst to gather requirements across different
functional teams, translate them into design documents and user journeys
for submission to software development teams.
– Support testing, create end-user documentation and training materials.
– Define metrics and reporting to track progress and measure success,
establish dashboards and scorecards, and set review cadences with
stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications :

1. 5 years of experience managing and leading complex, cross-functional
projects.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering,
Computer Science, or related field.
3. Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning with the
ability to propose standards, set policies, and coach others.
4. Deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes within a high-tech
manufacturing or operations environment.
5. Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale initiatives under pressure,
complexity, and ambiguity.
6. Experience leading strategy and change across diverse, global teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

– PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
– Certified Scrum Master (CSM).Knowledge of Six Sigma and DMAIC
methodologies.
– Familiarity with program and project management frameworks such as Agile,
Kanban, Waterfall, and SDLC.
