a highly skilled and experienced bilingual Safety Manager to join our team.
– The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a strong
background in construction safety and OSHA regulations.
– As the Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and
well-being of all employees on our construction sites.
– You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and workers to
develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents
and injuries.

Key Responsibilities :

– Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with
OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
– Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites to identify
potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
– Train and educate employees on safety procedures and practices.
– Investigate and report on any accidents or near-misses, and make
recommendations for preventative measures.
– Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training.
– Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety measures are incorporated
into project plans and timelines.
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in safety regulations to ensure
compliance and make necessary updates to company policies and procedures.
– Serve as the main point of contact for all safety-related inquiries and concerns
from employees, clients, and regulatory agencies.
– Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety on
construction sites.
– Manage and maintain safety equipment and supplies.

Requirements :

– Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction
Management, or a related field.
– Bilingual in English and Spanish.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in a
managerial role.
– Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other safety management software.
