This role is a full time Food Manager that will lead the development and
improvement of nutritional beverages and powders from concept to
commercialization, driving innovation that ensures exceptional quality,
stability, and clinical impact.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and optimize nutritional beverage and powder formulations
that meet nutritional, sensory, and stability goals.
– Partner with Medical Nutrition, Marketing, and Sales to align product
design with business and patient needs.
– Research and evaluate new ingredients and explore new medical
nutrition opportunities.
– Support leadership with technical and scientific expertise for product
and clinical development.
– Build vendor relationships to source ingredients that meet product
requirements.
– Present company research at scientific meetings and conferences.
– Ensure strong intellectual property protection for new products and
processes.
– Follow all GMP, food safety, and workplace safety policies.

Skills: Scientist, Food Science, Nutrition, product development experience
from concept to commercialization in nutrition, food, beverage, supplement,
nutraceutical, or biotech
