Salary: 175k – 210k

Top 25 CPA firm seeking Tax Director.
Responsibilities :
– Experience in representing clients at the IRS and state tax audits; appeals and
dispute resolution
– Litigation support experience including assisting law firms on civil and criminal tax
cases
– Experience in writing federal and state tax protests
– Industry experience including real estate, professional services; and/or jewelry is a
plus
Qualifications :
1. CPA license is required
2. Masters of Tax or LLM Tax is ideal
3. Book of business is not required
4. 10-20 years of public accounting experience; senior manager or director at a Top 20
accounting firm
5. Broad and deep understanding of taxation with a focus on closely-held businesses;
S-Corporations; Partnerships; LLCs; high net worth individuals
6. Deep experience reviewing and signing complex federal and state income tax returns
7. Understanding of financial statements
