Salary : 100,000 – 125,000
Industry : Public Accounting
Reports to : Partner
Work/Visa status : citizen, green card or T1
Regional CPA firm is seeking a Tax Manager for its Real Estate practice.
Responsibilities :
– Tax Compliance, Research, Consulting
– Provide clients with tax guidance regarding planning and compliance.
– Build client relationships
– Develop and guide staff and other junior tax
Qualifications :
1. CPA
2. Experience with Individual, Corporate and Partnership taxation
3. Significant experience working with all types of real estate clients – Commercial,
Residential, Investment, REITSs.
4. 3 – 7 years experience
5. Tax Manager experience
6. Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects and engagement teams.
7. An advanced degree in taxation is preferred.
