Compensation : $43 Hourly

Summary :

– We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT.
– This role will serve as a key contributor within agile software
development teams, driving application integration efforts, facilitating
collaboration between business and technical groups, and providing
leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

Requirements :

– Strong analytical background with at least 3 years working in agile
methodologies, ideally within banking.
– Familiarity with industry-standard integration patterns (REST/JSON web
services, batch, publish/subscribe, APIs, etc.).
– Experience in enterprise application integration, middleware technologies,
data migrations/conversions, database technologies, and backend interfaces.
– Proven success in collaborative environments focused on delivering
tangible business results.
– Hands-on experience in application development, architecture, and
software maintenance.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage
effectively across all organizational levels.
– Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities-able to lead, collaborate,
facilitate, and negotiate.
– Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems by mitigating
risks rather than defaulting to process.
– Deep understanding of application development technologies and full
software development lifecycles (legacy and modern).
– Experience in large-scale IT organizations with complex environments
and infrastructures.
– Strong organizational skills, with project or program management
experience.

Desirable Knowledge and Experience:

– Experience in the financial services industry
– Background working with third-party vendors and defining deliverables
– Hands-on experience with multi-component, high-availability enterprise
systems
– Experience with nCino implementations in financial institutions
– Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and data models

Other Requirements:

– High proficiency in spoken and written English
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
– Proficient in Azure DevOps and Agile sprint planning
– SQL experience
– Ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
– Strong ownership mentality, with enthusiasm, initiative, and creative
problem-solving
