– Champion the Digital agenda and its impact to senior leadership and our
business partners
– Have an informed opinion on business priorities and applies a digital lens to
solutions and member engagement opportunities
– Coordinating across business silos and disseminating changes across the
organization
– Compiling and analyzing industry and geographical reports to promote
product sales
– Conceptualization and development of ideas for features and new offerings
– Champion new digital marketing initiatives designed to enhance the overall
customer journey
– Plan, spec, and push through bug fixes, website enhancements, and
optimization tests from start to finish, based on overall company objectives
– Further develop our automatic email marketing campaigns to champion the
customer journey at every touch point (from acquisition, to shopping, to
purchase, to retention). Analyze and report on KPIs around website traffic,
conversion rates, – AB testing, pay per click, , and provide recommendations for
continual improvement
– Conceptualize, scale, pre-produce, and oversee compelling digital productions
